Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TS Newswire’s press release distribution services (the “Service”), operated by TS Vive Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16986218), registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, England, IP28 7DE (“TS Newswire”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, submitting a release, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. The service

TS Newswire distributes press releases and related content to a network of media outlets, wire services, and search indexes ("Outlets") on your behalf. Distribution tier, outlet count, and turnaround time depend on the package purchased at checkout.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit content on behalf of any company you represent.

3. Payment and billing

Fees are charged per release at the time of submission unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise (for example, agency volume pricing). Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable once a release has entered distribution, except as described in Section 5.

4. Editorial review

Every release is subject to editorial review before distribution. We may decline to distribute, or request revisions to, any release that we reasonably believe violates our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or an Outlet’s own editorial standards. Editorial review is not legal, medical, financial, or investment advice, and does not constitute endorsement of your release’s content.

5. No guarantee of pickup

We distribute releases to the outlet count and tier specified in your package, and our editorial team reviews outlet applications against the standards described in our Editorial Standards. We do not guarantee that any specific Outlet, journalist, or search engine will publish, index, or otherwise pick up your release, as that decision rests entirely with the Outlet or platform in question. If a Business or Premium tier release meaningfully underperforms, we will work with you to requeue it to additional outlets in the same tier at no additional cost.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a release, you grant us a license to reproduce, format, and distribute that content to Outlets and to display it in our public newsroom archive. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third party’s rights.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to distribute content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory or fraudulent, or violates securities, consumer protection, or advertising law in any jurisdiction where the release will be distributed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS Newswire’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific release giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or reputational harm arising from an Outlet’s editorial decisions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including repeated Acceptable Use Policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time; released content already distributed to Outlets will remain live according to each Outlet’s own retention practices.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
