: No. Every tier is pay-per-release with no subscription, no setup fee and no minimum commitment. Agency accounts can move to volume-based monthly billing once they are sending regularly.
: Yes, as long as it hasn't entered distribution yet. Contact support or use the dashboard to move a Starter or Business release up to a higher tier — you'll only pay the price difference.
: If a Business or Premium release underperforms, we'll work with you to requeue it to additional outlets in the same tier at no extra cost rather than issuing a cash refund. Starter tier does not carry this option.
: No lock-in contracts. Wholesale agency pricing activates once you cross 100 releases/month and stays month-to-month — you can scale up or down as client volume changes.
: All major credit cards and ACH/wire transfer for agency accounts. Agencies billing 250+ releases/month can request net-30 invoicing.
: Yes. Many teams pair one Premium release for a major announcement (funding, launch) with several Starter releases for smaller updates in the same quarter — each release is billed at its own tier.
