Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This policy explains when an order placed with TS Newswire is eligible for a refund. It applies to orders paid by card (Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer, or wallet credit.

1. Before distribution

If you cancel an order before your release has been submitted to our distribution network, you're entitled to a full refund. Email hello@tsnewswire.com with your order number and we'll process it — see "How to request a refund" below.

2. After distribution

Once a release has gone out to our distribution network, the service is considered delivered and is generally not refundable — the outlets have received and, in most cases, published the content, and that work can't be undone. Draft/editorial-review fees already incurred are non-refundable even if you later choose not to submit.

3. Partial refunds

We'll consider a partial refund, evaluated case by case, if:

  • The service delivered materially fell short of what was promised for your package tier
  • A distribution error on our side prevented the release from reaching outlets it was meant to reach
  • A technical failure on our platform prevented proper submission or delivery

4. Non-refundable items

  • Rush/expedited processing fees, once processing has started
  • Completed content-writing or editing work
  • Distribution that has already gone out per the order details you approved

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@tsnewswire.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Where a refund is approved, we process it within 7–10 business days, back to your original payment method (or as a wallet credit reversal, if the order was paid from wallet balance).

6. Service credit as an alternative

In some cases we may offer a wallet credit instead of a cash refund — for example when a distribution issue is better resolved with a corrected re-send. Credits are added to your account wallet, don't expire, and can be applied to any future order; they aren't transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a card issuer or PayPal dispute. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
